- Google adverts:
if for any reason the clients advertisement does not or ceases to appear on Google results for the agreed search phrase as per the invoice then this is deemed not the responsibilty of Geton-thenet or any associated websites or company. However, should this happen shall be entitled to a full refund excluding a £275 administration charge and is only liable for the pro rata portion of the amounts due under this agreement taking into consideration of the extent www.geton-thenet.co.uk or with any sites associated with www.geton-thenet.co.uk has honoured the agreement and shall be the clients sole remedy.
- This agreement maybe cancelled if notice of cancellation is served within 7 days of the agreement date stated, all monies taken by www.geton-thenet.co.uk or with any sites associated with www.geton-thenet.co.uk will be refunded less a £75 administration charge.
